The main scoring mechanic in LR2 is called “exscore”.Įxscore is based on what judge you get. POORs that you get without breaking combo are usually called “Mash POORS”, as you usually get these by mashing the keys. These POORs still show up as misses in the result screen. They are also often referred to as “JUST GREAT”.īAD and POOR both count as misses and will break your combo, though it is possible to get POORs without breaking combo. This is why P.GREAT is often called “Flashing GREAT”. The difference between P.GREAT and GREAT is that GREATs are gold and blink, whilst P.GREATs flash in various colours. When you hit a note, you can get one of 5 judges: P.GREAT, GREAT, GOOD, BAD and POOR, where P.GREAT is the best and POOR is the worst. Long Notes are also often called Hold Notes or Charge Notes.
